Congratulations to Devin Carney who committed to Waldorf University (ACHA D-1). Devin arrived in Long Beach last season after playing a season with the Bozeman Icedogs. Devin has played 129 games in the NA3HL, 92 with the Sharks, and tallied 9 goals 20 assists with a 32 plus/minus. Devin is also a two time Top Prospects participant.
Devin wore the “C” for the Sharks this season and was the foundation to the blue line all season. He was the most reliable and consistent defenseman for the Sharks this season and helped guide them to another playoff appearance.
Waldorf University is getting a natural leader, a stelar defeseman, and most importantly a great person for the next 4 years. Congratulations to Devin and his family for his commitment!
