Congratulation to Evan Richards for his commitment to University of Utah ACHA Division 1 program for the fall. The ’03 native of Boulder Colorado came to the Sharks via a trade from the Yellowstone Quake early in the season.
Evan is a player that could be plugged in anywhere in the lineup and played that role really well throughout the season. Evan saw time both on offense and defense throughout the season. The coaching staff always felt comfortable putting him into any role because they knew he would succeed. Evan played 38 games with the Sharks and posted 3 goals and 3 assists.
