We are pleased to share that the Sharks have partnered with NHL-veteran, Jack Skille, to provide our players with off-ice workout routines during these challenging times. The workouts are intense and target muscles and movements for hockey without the need for special equipment.
Jack, a veteran of over 643 NHL games, was a 1st round draft pick (7th overall) of the Chicago Blackhawks. He played for the US National Development; competed in two (2) World Junior Championships and won a Gold medal in 2005, won an NCAA Division I championship at the University of Wisconsin, and played 2 seasons in the Elite European Hockey League. He currently plays for the Neurmberg Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers in the German Elite League (DEL).
