The Sharks finished out February with three games on the road and come away with 4 more points.
On Wednesday, the Sharks headed to New Jersey to take on the Titans in an offensive explosion! Ryder Pisiak kicked off the scoring for the Sharks just 48 seconds into the first. Caden Shafer added two goals in the first sending the Sharks into the first intermission up 3-0. Brady Gatchell scored his first goal of the season in the second followed by a goal by JD DiTommaso. Ryder Pisiak scored his second of the game in the third followed with goals by Gustav Martinsson and Tegan O’Brien. The Sharks went on the defeat the Titans by a score of 8-3.
On Thursday, the Sharks headed to Maine for a two game series against the Nordiques. The only scoring from both teams came in the second period. Eli McCarthy was the lone scorer for the Sharks. The Sharks fell to the Nordiques 2-1.
Friday, the Sharks wanted revenge and that they got. Sean Bailey, Eli McCarthy, Gustav Martinsson, Caden Shafer and Sam Barnard all found the back of the net in the first giving the Sharks a 5-0 lead at the end of the first period. Sean Bailey added his second of the game in the second and Eli McCarthy add his second of the game in the third. The Sharks went on to defeat the Nordiques by a score of 7-3.
