O’dowd quickly followed with a goal at 4:05 with assists from Hamel and Whalen. Faia deposited what turned out to be the game winning goal at 9:40 with helpers from his teammates Whalen and Hamel. Shea netted a goal at 16:32 with assists from Toal and Kisielis.
During the second period, Bergman finally put Long Beach on the board with a goal at 19:12 with helpers from his linemates, Carlock and Powell. Bedard quickly followed with a goal at 19:38 with an assist from Bergman.
In the third, Braley answered for Northeast with a goal at 1:12 with helpers from his linemates, Faia and Lopaev. Bedard answered for the Sharks with a goal at 5:20 with assists from Smith and Vlacich. Wilson answered for the Generals with a goal at 12:50 with a helper from Marcola.
