Another weekend and another sweep! Sharks are making their way home for Thanksgiving break after 5 straight wins.
Saturday the Sharks faced off against the Danbury Jr Hat Tricks at Long Beach Ice Arena. Danbury was in the lead after the 1st period but Dylan Harbour and Noah Hope each scored in the 2nd to put the Sharks ahead after 40 minutes. Danbury added a late goal in the 3rd period to send the game into Overtime. Dylan Harbour once again put the team on his back and went end to end to secure the OT winner. Ryo Murakami made 31 saves for his 8th win of the season. Final Score: 3-2
Sunday the Sharks hosted the New Jersey Titans. It was a very even game for the first 40 minutes of the game, each team exchanging goals in the 2nd period, Sharks goal scored by Zac Kretzschmer. The 3rd period was all Sharks! Chris Keller scored his 3rd goal of the season and Zac Kretzschmer scored his 2nd goal of the game, his 7th of the season. Colton McIntyre got the start, made 26 saves, and got his 1st win of the season! Final Score: 3-1
Sharks will be back in December traveling to Danbury on 12/2. Hosting Norwich 12/3(5:00pm) and Danbury 12/4.(2:30pm) All home game played at Long Beach Municipal Ice Arena
